Our straps fit any watch that uses standard spring bars.

If you don’t already know your size, measure the distance between the lugs of your watch (where the strap meets the case).

You can use a ruler or callipers, or check your existing strap — the size is often stamped on the back.

If you’re unsure, email us at info@northstarstraps.com with your watch model (a photo helps) and we’ll confirm it for you.

Changed your mind? No problem — we’re here to help.

You may return any unused items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging where applicable. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on straps that have been worn.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges & faulty items

All items are inspected before dispatch, however if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Changing your watch strap is quick and easy.

All of our straps include either free quick-release or standard spring bars. To fit your new strap, you’ll need:

• a spring bar tool
• your watch
• your new strap

If you don’t already have one, our optional spring bar tool is designed for quick and easy strap swaps.

Step 1 — Remove your existing strap
Most watches use standard spring bars, so you’ll need a spring bar tool to remove your current strap or bracelet.

Carefully insert the tool between the strap and the watch case, then compress the spring bar to release the strap or bracelet.

Step 2 — Attach your new strap
If your strap has quick-release spring bars, simply slide the small lever on the back, position it between the lugs, and release to lock it in place.

For standard spring bars, use a spring bar tool to guide the bar into position and secure it between the lugs.
