Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We use Royal Mail for Domestic and International orders.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched (usually the next business day) customers in the U.K can expect to receive their order in 2 to 4 working days, or the following business day for Royal Mail Special Delivery orders. 

International orders should arrive in approximately 3 to 10 business days by Royal Mail (depending on your location) Once your order is dispatched you will receive a conformation email or text with your tracking information.

Please Note: Delivery times quoted are set by the couriers and cannot be guaranteed. Actual times may vary depending on your particular location, weather events, public holidays, customs delays and other circumstances outside of our control. 

For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom you may have to pay import duty, or other taxes, fees or charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. These fees/taxes are your responsibility and must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees. We cannot tell you what the costs would be as customs policies, import duties and sale tax vary widely from country to country; these fees are non-refundable.

Returns

We are happy to help and will accomodate most reasonable requests (your statutory rights are not affected)

Within 30 days of purchase: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused items for a refund or exchange.

Please send an email request to info@northstarstraps.com and once you have received a returns authorisation you may return your items to the following address:

After 30 days: If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable.

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer returns on watch straps that have been worn.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (at our discretion)

- Any item not in its original condition or with obvious signs of use

- items that have been damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five working days of receipt.

Late or missing refunds 
If we have issued a refund and you are yet to receive it, first check with your payment provider, this may be your bank or credit card company, note it may several working days before your refund is processed and credited to your account by your payment provider.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
All items are inspected before shipping, if in the unlikely event that they are defective or damaged upon receipt and you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email info@northstarstraps.com

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, you should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Customs duty and local taxes cannot be refunded.
